Editorial policy
Our editorial team orders and hands-on tests the shopping agent services, QC photo sets, and shipping lines we cover. We do not accept free review units, paid placements, or sponsored scores. Every scored review is based on a service we ordered and tested.
Every scored review names the editor who ran the test, the date of the order, the agent fee paid, and the shipping line used. We keep receipts, screenshots, and unboxing photos in our internal test log. Scores use the full five-point scale, with 5 / 5 excellent, 4 / 5 good, 3 / 5 adequate, 2 / 5 poor, and 1 / 5 very poor.
We correct factual errors quickly. Email editorial@mulebuyus.com with the article URL and the specific claim.
